“Integrierte Planung & Steuerung bei Vetter Pharma – von der operativen Steuerung zur Ergebnis- und Finanzsteuerung”: Darüber spricht Armin Rauch am 25. November bei der CCS, der ICV Online-Herbsttagung im innovativen Avatar-Format.
Controlling Competence in den SPACES feierte im vergangenen Jahr Premiere und erwartet die Teilnehmenden auch in diesem Jahr mit Business-Gaming vom Feinsten. Im Themenzentrum “Controller’s Toolbox” spricht Armin Rauch. Nach einer technischen Ausbildung als Maschinenschlosser bei der Knoll GmbH und dem Studium des Wirtschaftsingenieurwesens an der FH Aalen begann seine berufliche Laufbahn im Konzern-Controlling der J. Wagner GmbH. Von dort wechselte er als Controller zur Vetter Pharma-Fertigung GmbH & Co.KG in Ravensburg. Vom Leiter Controlling stieg er in seine aktuelle Position auf: Vice President Controlling Systeme & BI.

Controlling Competence in the SPACES celebrated its premiere last year and is expecting the participants again this year with the finest business gaming. In addition to the keynotes as a program and networking space in which getting to know each other and networking in modern formats are firmly planned, there are six parallel topic clusters – parallel sesions (digital transformation, sustainable finance, finance & legal, new skills & AI in recruiting, controller’s toolbox and digitization & automation ). Armin Rauch will speak in the “Controller’s Toolbox” topic cluster. After completing technical training as a machine fitter at Knoll GmbH and studying industrial engineering at Aalen University of Applied Sciences, his professional career began in corporate controlling at J. Wagner GmbH. From there he moved to Vetter Pharma-Fertigung GmbH & Co.KG in Ravensburg as a controller. He rose from Head of Controlling to his current position: Vice President Controlling Systems & BI.
