Excel als Simulationstool und Advanced Analytics als Mehrwertgeber für Unternehmensplanung und Risikomanagement: In den Sessions der „Controller’s Toolbox“ bei der CCS am 26. November stellen Experten von DATEV und Horváth & Partners Controlling-Werkzeuge vor, die sich in Krisenzeiten als besonders wertvoll erweisen können.
Matthias Dorner, bei DATEV für Governance zuständig, stellt zur Diskussion, ob die Pandemie den Durchbruch für Advanced Analytics bringt. Schließlich, so Dorner, könnten damit Unsicherheiten reduziert werden. Er belegt seine These mit einer Monte-Carlo-Simulation, die Auswirkungen von COVID-19 für DATEV aufzeigt. Makroökonomische Szenarien dienen ihnen als Ausgangspunkt für business-orientierte, maßnahmenbasierte und integrierte Finanzsimulationen. Die Berater zeigen am Praxisbeispiel, wie eine integrierte, mittelfristige Finanzsimulation schnell und effektiv mit Excel erstellt werden kann.
Controller’s Toolbox ist einer der Themenschwerpunkte bei der Controlling Competence Stuttgart (CCS), der ICV Controlling-Fachtagung am Donnerstag, 26. November, die in diesem Jahr erstmals online stattfindet. Zwölf Sessions zu sechs Themenschwerpunkten – neben Controller’s Toolbox stehen Performance, Sustainability, Finance, New Work und Digitalisierung/Automatisierung zur Auswahl – bilden das Herzstück der Veranstaltung. In Vorträgen, Podiumsdiskussionen und Interaktionen werden neue Ansätze für das Controlling präsentiert, Thesen erläutert, Fragen diskutiert und Erfahrungen ausgetauscht.
Die Teilnehmerzahl ist aufgrund des virtuellen 3D-Erlebnisses begrenzt. Es wird deshalb empfohlen, sich rechtzeitig einen Platz zu sichern.
