Der Vorsitz im ICV-Kuratorium ist in neue Hände gelegt worden, die ICV-Mitgliederversammlung am 28. Mai hat zwei neue Kuratoriumsmitglieder gewählt.
Prof. Dr. Utz Schäffer (links) ist als Vorsitzender auf Prof. Dr. Jürgen Weber (rechts) (beide WHU – Otto Beisheim School of Management, Institut für Management und Controlling, Vallendar), Pauline Seidermann (voestalpine Stahl GmbH, Österreich) als stellvertretende Kuratoriumsvorsitzende auf Dr. Richard Lutz gefolgt.
Auf der ICV-Mitgliederversammlung hatte Prof. Dr. Jürgen Weber im Bericht aus dem Kuratorium den ausscheidenden Kuratoren Dr. Wolfgang Berger-Vogel und Dr. Richard Lutz für deren verdienstvolle Mitarbeit im Kuratorium (13 bzw. 11 Jahre) gedankt. Als deren Nachfolger wurden Christina Keindorf (Diplom Betriebswirtin, Deutsche Bahn AG: Leiterin Konzerncontrolling) (Bild unten, links) und Siegfried Gänßlen (Dipl. Betriebswirt VWA, ICV-Vorstandsmitglied 2005-2020, ICV-Vorstandsvorsitzender 2007-2018, ehem. Vorstandsvorsitzender Hansgrohe SE) (Bild unten, rechts) für die Jahre 2020-2022 gewählt.
Das Kuratorium berät satzungsgemäß den Vorstand in wichtigen Angelegenheiten des Vereins, insbesondere hinsichtlich der allgemeinen Grundsätze der Vereinspolitik. Es wählt aus seiner Mitte einen Vorsitzenden sowie dessen Stellvertreter. Die Kuratoriumsmitglieder werden auf Vorschlag des Vorstandes durch die Mitgliederversammlung auf die Dauer von jeweils drei Jahren gewählt.
A change in the chair of the ICV Board of Trustees; the ICV General Meeting on May 28 elected two new members.

At the ICV General Meeting, Prof. Dr. Jürgen Weber in the report from the Board of Trustees thanked the departing members of the Board of Trustees Dr. Wolfgang Berger-Vogel and Dr. Richard Lutz for their meritorious work (13 and 11 years). According to the Constitiution of the Association, the Board of Trustees advises the Board in important matters of the Association, in particular with regard to the general principles of Association’s policy. It elects a chairman and their deputy from among its members. The members of the Board of Trustees are elected by the General Meeting for three years at the proposal of the Board.
