Mit dem Projekt „Agile Controlling: New Delivery Model for Controlling” sicherte sich Andreas Ziegler gemeinsam mit Jochen Fellhauer und Thomas Hund für SAP SE eine Nominierung für den ICV Controlling Excellence Award 2022. Das Ziel der Lösung ist es, das Controlling im Konzern agiler und flexibler zu gestalten und dabei gleichzeitig den internen Kundenbedürfnissen gerecht zu werden. In einem englischsprachigen Vortrag stellt Andreas Ziegler, Head of Controlling Interaction Model bei SAP SE, das Projekt, das es bis in das Finale geschafft hat, auf der CCS Controlling Competence Spaces am 24. November genauer vor.
Der Referierende zeichnet bereits seit 2019 gemeinsam mit seinem Kollegen Jochen Fellhauer in einer Stabstelle für die Organisationsentwicklung im Controlling bei SAP SE verantwortlich. Zudem übernimmt er die Moderation des Controlling Leadership Teams und ist als Agile Coach tätig. Bevor Andreas Ziegler 2012 als Controller und Leiter von Co-Innovationsprojekten im Konzern startete, sammelte er Erfahrungen in der Industrie und der Wirtschaftsprüfung in Stuttgart und München.

With the project “Agile Controlling: New Delivery Model for Controlling”, Andreas Ziegler, together with Jochen Fellhauer and Thomas Hund for SAP SE, secured a nomination for the ICV Controlling Excellence Award 2022. The goal of the solution is to make controlling in the group more agile and more flexible while at the same time meeting internal customer needs. The speaker, together with his colleague Jochen Fellhauer, has been responsible for organizational development in controlling at SAP SE since 2019. He also moderates the Controlling Leadership Team and works as an Agile Coach. Before Andreas Ziegler started as a controller and manager of co-innovation projects in the group in 2012, he gained experience in industry and auditing in Stuttgart and Munich.
