Congress 2020: Drei Themenzentren für individuelle Präferenzen Congress 2020: Three clusters to choose from

Beim ICV Congress der Controller am 27./28. April in München können die Teilnehmer wie gewohnt am Nachmittag des ersten Veranstaltungstages zwischen unterschiedlichen Angeboten auswählen. So können sie das Programm nach ihren persönlichen Präferenzen gestalten. Jeweils drei Vorträge in drei unterschiedlichen Themenzentren stehen zur Wahl.

Themenzentrum A fokussiert den Aspekt der Künstlichen Intelligenz im Controlling. Dazu gibt es die Vortragsthemen

1. “KI im Controlling – Potenziale, Entwicklungsstufen, Anwendungen” (Prof. Dr. Ronald Gleich, EBS Universität, Stefan Tobias, Horváth & Partners Management Consultants)
2. “Automatisierung und Digitalisierung von Finanzprozessen” (Mag. Klaus Schatz MSc., KPMG Advisory GmbH)
3. “For a better Performance Management – Beispiele für Künstliche Intelligenz bei BASF (Stefan Schnell, BASF SE)

Themenzentrum B befasst sich mit Future of Work im Controlling. Die Vortragsangebote dazu lauten:

1. Agile Methoden in der Praxis: Scrum als Steuerungsinstrument für die tägliche Arbeit im Controlling (Angela Saloch, Deutsche Lufthansa AG)
2. Digitalisierung und Agilität – im Controlling/bei Controllern (Andreas Ziegler, SAP SE)
3. Als Controller/in den Wandel gestalten (Roda Müller-Wieland, Fraunhofer IAO)

Themenzentrum C nimmt Performance Management unter die Lupe – und wie damit Unternehmen auf Sicht gesteuert werden können. Die Vorträge dazu sind:

1. Wie man mit Controllern Spaß an der Veränderung haben kann – oder warum Stärken stärken so wertvoll im Controlling ist (Alexander Gedat, Bekleidungsbranche)
2. FAMOS 2025 – Strategie entwickeln und umsetzen im Mittelstand (Norbert Weichele, Zentis GmbH & Co.KG)
3. Herausforderungen im globalen Umfeld (Udo Kraus, Hansgrohe SE)

Zum Programm des 45. Congresses der Controller

At the ICV Congress of Controllers on April 27/28 in Munich, participants can as usual choose between different offers on the afternoon of the first day of the event. So you can design the agenda according to your personal preferences. You can choose between three speeches in three different topic clusters.

Cluster A focuses on the aspect of Artificial Intelligence in Controlling. These speeches are offered:

2. Automation and Digitization of Financial Processes (Mag. Klaus Schatz MSc., KPMG Advisory GmbH)
3. For a better Performance Management – Examples of Artificial Intelligence at BASF (Stefan Schnell, BASF SE)

Cluster B deals with the Future of Work in Controlling. These speeches are offered:

1. Agile Methods in Practice: Scrum as a Management Instrument for Daily Work in Controlling  (Angela Saloch, Deutsche Lufthansa AG)
2. Future of Work: Digitization and Agility – in Controlling / at Controllers (Andreas Ziegler, SAP SE)
3. Shaping Change as a Controller (Roda Müller-Wieland, Fraunhofer IAO)

Cluster C takes a close look at Performance Management – and how it can be used to manage companies in the future. The speeches are:
