Drei Themen bestimmen den 46. Congress der Controller, der am 9./10. Mai als Präsenzveranstaltung in München stattfindet. Neben der Nachhaltigkeit und Digitalisierung bestimmt auch die Agilität immer mehr die Arbeit der Controller und Controllerinnen. Daher widmet sich das Themenzentrum C am Montagnachmittag ganz der „Agilen Unternehmenssteuerung“. Matthias von Daacke, Mitglied des ICV Vorstandes, moderiert und freut sich darauf, die Vortragenden live auf die Bühne bitten zu dürfen.
Ab 14:30 Uhr referieren zunächst zwei Controller-Kollegen von der Vetter Pharma-Fertigung GmbH & Co. KG. Oliver K.D. Watz, Vice President Controlling Controlling Business und Partner & Performance Management, und Claudio Galbusera, Teamleiter Corporate Planning, HR & Quality Controlling und Controlling Business Partner & Performance Management haben einen Vortrag mit dem Titel “Vom Number Cruncher zum Controlling – Business Partner Consultant: Agiles Performance Management bei Vetter Pharma” im Gepäck. Svenja Amrhein, Head Group Strategic Planning bei F. Hoffmann-La Roche, steht ab 15:40 Uhr vor dem Auditorium und geht darauf ein, “Wie Budgetierung eine ganze Organisation verändern kann”. “Unternehmensweite Steuerung agil gestalten” dazu ruft Marie-Luise Lehmann, Gründerin und Inhaberin von Finance Goes Agile sowie ICV Fachkreisleiterin Agiles Controlling, ab 16:50 Uhr in ihrem Vortrag auf.
Für Controller und Controllerinnen, die sich für agile Methoden interessieren, gibt es im Themenzentrum C wichtige Impulse für die Praxis. Wer dabei sein möchte, meldet sich am besten gleich zur Fachtagung in München am 9./10. Mai an.
