Auf dem 45. Congress der Controller am 26./27. April, der in diesem Jahr online stattfindet, gibt die Finanzexpertin eines österreichischen Konzerns Einblicke in ihren Arbeitsalltag. Sonja Wallner ist CFO von A1 Telekom Austria und gestaltete in den vergangenen Jahren erfolgreich wichtige strategische Projekte für den Kommunikationsanbieter. Sonja Wallner studierte an der WU Wien und der Universität Luigi Bocconi in Mailand. Seit 2000 ist sie bereits bei Telekom Austria und verantwortete unter anderem den Aufbau des unternehmensweiten CAPEX Controllings. Die gebürtige Österreicherin sammelte Führungserfahrung in verschiedenen Funktionen und übernahm 2009 die Leitung des gesamten Controllings. Seit Juni 2015 ist Sonja Wallner Finanzvorstand des Kommunikationsanbieters. Ihre Expertise teilt sie mit den Teilnehmenden des Congresses am Dienstagvormittag ab 10:50 Uhr. In ihrem Vortrag „Transformation des Controllings in einer digitalisierten & datengetriebenen Zeit“ geht sie unter anderem auf die Veränderung und Weiterentwicklung von Menschen, Produkten und Tools ein und untersucht die Vernetzung mit Holding- und Unternehmensstrategie.

At the 45th Congress of Controllers on April 26/27, which takes place online this year, the financial expert of an Austrian company gives an insight into her everyday work. Sonja Wallner is CFO of A1 Telekom Austria and has successfully designed important strategic projects for the communication provider in recent years. Sonja Wallner studied at the Vienna University of Economics and Business and the Luigi Bocconi University in Milan. She has been with Telekom Austria since 2000 and among other things was responsible for setting up company-wide CAPEX controlling. The native Austrian gained management experience in various functions and took over the management of the entire controlling in 2009. Sonja Wallner has been the communication provider’s CFO since June 2015. She will share her expertise with the participants of the Congress on Tuesday morning from 10.50 a.m. In her speech “Controlling Transformation in a Digitized & Data Driven Time”, she goes into the changes and further development of people, products and tools and examines the networking with holding and corporate strategy.
