Auf der CTS Controller Tagung Schweiz am 20. September 2023 in Rotkreuz wird unter anderem die Frage aufgeworfen, ob ChatGPT und andere KI-Systeme das Controlling ersetzen oder neue Möglichkeiten bieten werden.
Das neue Kompetenzmodell erfordert eine effektive Digitalisierung, wertschöpfende Datennutzung, Weiterentwicklung des Geschäftsmodells und Nachhaltigkeitscontrolling.
Die Grundlagen einer modernen Controlling-Organisation sind neben Fachwissen auch spezielle Skills und ein bestimmtes Mindset. Die Tagung ermöglicht es den Teilnehmenden, Fragen zu stellen und Einblicke in das Controlling von erfahrenen Referentinnen und Referenten zu erhalten. Es besteht auch die Möglichkeit, sich während der Pausen und beim Apéro riche persönlich auszutauschen.
Die Tagung wird von den Schweizer Arbeitskreisen des ICV in Zusammenarbeit mit dem Institut für Finanzdienstleistungen Zug IFZ durchgeführt, um praktische Erfahrungen und aktuelle Entwicklungen im Controlling zu verbinden und dieses Wissen den Teilnehmenden zugänglich zu machen.

The basis of a modern controlling organization is not only specialist knowledge, but also special skills and a certain mindset. The conference enables participants to ask questions and gain insights into controlling from experienced speakers. There is also the opportunity to exchange ideas personally during the breaks and at the aperitif riche.
The conference is organized by the Swiss Work Groups of the ICV in cooperation with the Institute for Financial Services Zug IFZ in order to combine practical experience and current developments in controlling and to make this knowledge accessible to the participants.
