Die Controller Tagung Schweiz (CTS) wird von den Schweizer Arbeitskreisen des Internationalen Controller Vereins (ICV) jährlich bereits seit 1990 durchgeführt. In diesem Jahr findet die Herbsttagung am 24.09.2024 im Institut für Finanzdienstleistungen Zug der Hochschule Luzern in Rotkreuz statt.
Ziel der diesjährigen CTS ist es, die technischen, organisatorischen und kulturellen Erfolgsfaktoren einer modernen Controlling-Organisation aufzuzeigen und zu diskutieren. Der Schwerpunkt wird auf die Bedeutung der KI in der Controlling-Organisation gelegt.
Die Referierenden gewähren Einblicke in ihre Finanz- und Controlling-Funktion und beantworten natürlich auch die Fragen der Teilnehmenden. Die Fokus Sessions, die Pausen, der Lunch sowie der Apéro riche bieten zudem eine hervorragende Gelegenheit, um sich untereinander auszutauschen.
Die Tagung spricht Controller, Finanz- und Controlling-Verantwortliche, CFOs, Projektleiter und Business Analysten aller Branchen an, die sich mit dem Thema beschäftigen bzw. davon betroffen sind. Teilnehmerinnen und Teilnehmer können sich von aktuellen Forschungsergebnissen und spezifischen Praxiserfahrungen inspirieren lassen.

The Controlling Conference Switzerland (CTS) has been held annually by the Swiss work groups of the International Association of Controllers (ICV) since 1990. This year, the Autumn Conference takes place on September 24, 2024 at the Institute for Financial Services Zug at the Lucerne University of Applied Sciences and Arts in Rotkreuz.
The aim of this year’s CTS is to demonstrate and discuss the technical, organizational and cultural success factors of a modern controlling organization. The focus will be on the importance of AI in the controlling organization.
The speakers will provide insights into their finance and controlling functions and of course answer questions from participants. The focus sessions, the breaks, lunch and the aperitif also offer an excellent opportunity to exchange ideas with one another.
The conference is aimed at controllers, finance and controlling managers, CFOs, project managers and business analysts from all industries who are involved in or affected by the topic. Participants can draw inspiration from current research results and specific practical experience.
