Auf der CTS Controlling Schweiz am 20. September 2023 in Rotkreuz erfahren die Teilnehmenden, welche Kompetenzen das Controlling für die Zukunft braucht. Auch Daniel Britschgi wird sein Wissen teilen. Der Titel seines Vortrags lautet “Schokolade seit 1845 – Controlling Skills von heute”. Der Leiter Controlling bei Lindt & Sprüngli (Schweiz) AG wird darauf eingehen, wie Unternehmenswerte unser Mindset beeinflussen und erläutern, wieso Soft Skills auch im Controlling von entscheidender Bedeutung sind.
Der Referent ist bereits seit 2015 in dieser Position beim Schweizer Schokoladenhersteller tätig und dabei verantwortlich für die fachliche und personelle Führung der Bereiche Commercial und Supply Chain Controlling, seit kurzem auch Non-Financial Reporting (Sustainability). Zudem ist er seit August 2023 im Stiftungsrat der Pensionskasse von Lindt & Sprüngli AG als Arbeitnehmer-Vertreter aktiv.
Zuvor arbeitete Daniel Britschgi von 2011 bis 2015 bei der Emmi Gruppe, einer führenden Herstellerin von hochwertigen Milchprodukten, unter anderem war er als Global Category Controller bei der Emmi Management AG in Luzern tätig. Weitere Stationen seiner Controlling-Karriere waren leitende Positionen in den Unternehmen IMS Health GmbH und Unilever. The consultant has been in this position at the Swiss chocolate manufacturer since 2015 and is responsible for the technical and personnel management of the areas of commercial and supply chain controlling, and recently also non-financial reporting (sustainability). He has also been an employee representative on the board of trustees of the Lindt & Sprüngli AG pension fund since August 2023.
Daniel Britschgi previously worked from 2011 to 2015 at the Emmi Group, a leading manufacturer of high-quality dairy products. Among other things, he was Global Category Controller at Emmi Management AG in Lucerne. Further stations in his controlling career were managerial positions at the companies IMS Health GmbH and Unilever.
