Am 17. und 18.11.2023 kamen 37 Controllerinnen und Controller aus den Arbeitskreisen Berlin/Brandenburg, Sachsen, Thüringen und Weser/Harz erstmalig zu einer gemeinsamen Tagung, der ICV Ost-Tagung, in Leipzig zusammen. Inhaltlich war die Ost-Tagung auf aktuelle Zukunftsthemen orientiert, ohne die praktische Anwendung dabei aus dem Blickfeld zu verlieren.
Auf der Agenda des zweiten, des Thementages, standen Präsentationen zu:
* Change Management für das Controlling 4.0
* Kennzahlen in agilen Unternehmen
* Effizientes Kostencontrolling am Beispiel der Auslagen- und Reisekosten
* Von der Strategie zum Performance Management
* Keine Angst vor BI-Projekten
Der Vorabend diente dem Kennlernen und dem Erfahrungsaustausch in gemütlicher Runde im Palmensaal des Zoo Leipzig. Davor gab es noch einen kompetent geführten, abendlichen Rundgang durch einen Teil des Zoo Leipzig. Dabei konnten wir auch hinter die Kulissen blicken.
Am Thementag, dem Sonnabend, stellten Prof. Dr. Robert Knappe – Mitglied im Arbeitskreis Berlin/Brandenburg – und Sandra Spiegelberg Ergebnisse eines mehrjährigen Forschungsprojektes zur mathematischen Modellierung auf Basis empirischer Daten für Nahverkehrs-Dienstleistungen vor. Im Rahmen dieses Projektes entwickelte ein Team der Hochschule für Wirtschaft und Recht Berlin und der Berliner Hochschule für Technik, gemeinsam mit Praxispartnern zu denen auch der ICV mit seinem Arbeitskreis Berlin/Brandenburg gehört, ein Tool zur Erstellung mathematischer Prognosen zum Beispiel für monatliche Fahrgelderträge. Prof. Dr. Katja Glaser – Leiterin des Arbeitskreises Sachsen – legte Erfahrungen und Erkenntnisse beim Einsatz und der Anwendung von Kennzahlen in agilen Unternehmen dar. Daryusch Kay von der Ferronordic präsentierte seine Erfahrungen vom Einsatz geeigneter Tools zur weitestgehenden Automatisierung und damit auch Objektivierung von Reiseplanung und Reiseorganisation im Unternehmen, was letztendlich zu deutlichen Einsparungen geführt hat. Wie man von einer zielstrebigen Strategie zu einem Performance Management kommen kann, stellte Matthias von Daacke – Stellv. Vorsitzender des ICV – am Beispiel der BLANCO Gruppe dar. Schließlich berichtete Christine Bettzüge – Mitglied im Arbeitskreis Berlin/Brandenburg – von ihren über 20-jährigen Erfahrungen bei der praktischen Einführung von BI-Projekten. Sie zeigte auf, dass man mit einer richtigen Strategie, einer gut durchdachten Organisation, fachlichen Vorgaben und Berücksichtigung technischer Aspekte erfolgreich BI-Projekte einführen kann und dann auch keine Angst davor haben muss.
Wir waren am Thementag zu Gast in der HTWK Hochschule für Technik, Wirtschaft und Kultur Leipzig. Die HTWK stellte uns Prof. Dr. Oliver Crönertz – Mitglied im Arbeitskreis Sachsen – in einem kurzen Vortrag vor. On November 17 and 18, 2023, 37 controllers from the Work Groups Berlin/Brandenburg, Saxony, Thuringia and Weser/Harz met for the first time at a joint conference, the ICV Ost Conference, in Leipzig. In terms of content, the East Conference was oriented towards current future topics without losing sight of practical application.
The agenda for the second, content day, included presentations on:
- Change management for controlling 4.0
- Key figures in agile companies
- Efficient cost controlling using the example of expenses and travel costs
- From strategy to performance management
- Don’t be afraid of BI projects
The evening before was spent getting to know each other and exchanging experiences in a cozy atmosphere in the Palm Hall at Leipzig Zoo. Before that there was a competently guided evening tour through part of Leipzig Zoo. We were also able to take a look behind the scenes.
On the content day, Saturday, Prof. Dr. Robert Knappe – member of the Work Group Berlin/Brandenburg – and Sandra Spiegelberg presented the results of a multi-year research project on mathematical modeling based on empirical data for local transport services. As part of this project, a team from the Berlin School of Economics and Law and the Berlin University of Technology, together with practical partners including the ICV with its Work Group Berlin/Brandenburg, developed a tool for creating mathematical forecasts, for example for monthly fare income. Prof. Dr. Katja Glaser – head of the Work Group Saxony – presented experience and findings in the use and application of key figures in agile companies. Daryusch Kay from Ferronordic presented his experience in the use of suitable tools for the greatest possible automation and thus also objectification of travel planning and travel organization in the company, which ultimately led to significant savings. Matthias von Daacke – ICV Vice-Chairman – explained how you can move from a goal-oriented strategy to performance management using the example of the BLANCO Group. Finally, Christine Bettügen – member of the Work Group Berlin/Brandenburg – reported on her over 20 years of experience in the practical introduction of BI projects. She showed that with the right strategy, a well-thought-out organization, technical specifications and consideration of technical aspects, you can successfully introduce BI projects and then you don’t have to be afraid of it.
On the content day we were guests at the HTWK University of Technology, Economics and Culture Leipzig. Prof. Dr. Oliver Crönertz – member of the Work Group Saxony – gave a short lecture and presented the HTWK for us.
