Helene Eder bringt aus mehrjähriger Verantwortung als “Head of Global Corporate Processes“ und „Global IT Demand Managerin“ bei Giesecke+Devrient umfassende Expertise zur Digitalisierung von Verwaltungsprozessen und insbesondere des Finanzbereichs. Am 24. November teilt sie ihre Insights am virtuellen Rednerpult der CCS Controlling Competence Spaces. Seit März 2022 leitet sie als „Head of Digital Transformation“ der Max-Planck-Gesellschaft das Programm der Digitalisierung der Verwaltungsprozesse. In ihrem englischsprachigen Vortrag, in der Session am Nachmittag, geht sie auf die „Challenges of digital transformation of administrative Processes“ ein. Die Referentin stützt sich bei diesem Beitrag auf ihre Erfahrungen aus mehr als 20 Jahren abwechslungsreicher Berufspraxis. Neben den bereits erwähnten Positionen war sie unter anderem auch als „Head of Global IT Controlling“ bei der Knorr-Bremse AG sowie als Kaufmännische Leitung bei der Formel D tätig.
In ihrem Vortrag geht Helene Eder auf die Phasen und Herausforderungen der Digitalisierung und Veränderung im Allgemeinen und insbesondere im Verwaltungsbereich ein. On November 24th, she will share her insights at the virtual lectern of CCS Controlling Competence Spaces. As “Head of Digital Transformation” of the Max Planck Society, she has been in charge of the program for the digitalization of administrative processes since March 2022. In her English-language lecture, in the afternoon session, she addresses the “Challenges of digital transformation of administrative Processes”. In her speech, the orator draws on her knowledge from more than 20 years of wide-ranging professional expertise. In addition to the already mentioned positions, she has been also “Head of Global IT Controlling” at Knorr- Bremse AG and Business Administration Manager at Formel D.
Helene Eder will talk about the phases and challenges of digitalization and change in general and in particular in the area of administration.
