Am 2. Dezember bieten der ICV und der ICV Schweiz auf der GTS Gesundheitstagung Schweiz die perfekte Gelegenheit für einen Branchenaustausch. Die Präsenzveranstaltung beginnt um 13 Uhr und findet in den Räumlichkeiten des Kooperationspartners, der HWZ Hochschule für Wirtschaft in Zürich, statt. Controller, Finanz- und Controlling-Verantwortliche, CFOs sowie Leistungserbringer, Versicherer, Hersteller und Dienstleister sind dazu eingeladen, über das Controlling im Spannungsfeld von Innovation, Kostenmanagement und digitaler Transformation zu diskutieren. Auch die Rolle der Finanzverantwortlichen in der digitalen Transformation wird auf der Gesundheitstagung aufgegriffen. Doch die Referierenden der GTS teilen nicht nur ihr Wissen zu diesen aktuellen Themen, sondern berichten auch über ihre Praxiserfahrung.
Der Titel des Vortrags von Jürg Meier, CEO Medizinische Zentrum, lautet „Den Wandel mitgestalten – Herausforderung in der Führung eines ambulanten medizinischen Zentrums“. Nadine Angele, Direktorin Finanzen, ICT & Services der Privatklinik Wyss AG, beleuchtet „Anreizsysteme im Management“ und fragt dabei „Was beeinflusst Mitarbeitende und Führungspersonen in ihrem Entscheidungsverfahren“. Benedikt Niederer, Leiter Unternehmensentwicklung des Kantonsspitals Baden AG, widmet sich dem „Innovationsmanagment als Werkzeug für die Stierungen der Prozesseffizienz“. Business Controller Pino Labarile referiert gemeinsam mit Thomas Rautenstrauch, Leiter Dept. Business Analytics & Technology der HWZ Hochschule für Wirtschaft Zürich, über den „Entwicklungsstand der Digitalen Transformation im Controlling der Schweizer Spitäler“. Matthias Spühler, CEO
der heyPatient AG spricht über „Ersatzinvestitionen als Chance zur digitalen Innovation im Gesundheitswesen“. Im Vortrag von Gina Brucker, Personalbereichsleiterin Heim Spitex Uster geht es um den „Smart Employee“.

On December 2, the ICV and the ICV Switzerland offer the perfect opportunity for an industry exchange at the Health Care Conference Switzerland. The face-to-face event begins at 1 p. m. and takes place on the premises of the cooperation partner, the HWZ University of Applied Sciences in Zurich. Controllers, those responsible for finance and controlling, CFOs as well as service providers, insurers and manufacturers are invited to discuss controlling in the field of tension between innovation, cost management and digital transformation. The role of those responsible for finance in the digital transformation will also be discussed. However, the speakers at GTS not only share their knowledge on these current topics, but also report from their practical experience.
