Das Team, bestehend aus Kathrin Montry, Senior Principal Controlling Expert und Product Owner Projekt Leap, Merck KGaA, sowie Alexander Lind, Leiter Group Controlling & Risk Management der Merck Group, hat die Fachjury unter der Leitung von Prof. Dr. Utz Schäffer mit diesem Projekt zur Führung und Förderung von MitarbeiterInnen überzeugt und dem Unternehmen eine Nominierung eingebracht. The team, consisting of Kathrin Montry, Senior Principal Controlling Expert and Product Owner of the LEAP Project, Merck KGaA, and Alexander Lind, Head of Group Controlling & Risk Management at the Merck Group, convinced the Expert Jury headed by Prof. Dr. Utz Schäffer with the project for management and promotion of employees and brought the company a nomination. On Monday, May 15, it will be announced who will receive the coveted award this year.
