Controlling im Spannungsfeld von Innovation, Kostenmanagement und digitaler Transformation lautet das Motta der ICV Gesundheitstagung Schweiz, die am 20. April 2023 von 12:30 bis 19:00 Uhr an der FHNW in Olten stattfindet.
Die Veranstaltung des ICV/ICV Schweiz in Zusammenarbeit mit der Fachhochschule bietet verschiedenen Interessengruppen eine Plattform zum Erfahrungsaustausch und zur Netzwerkpflege. Zielgruppen sind ControllerInnen, Finanz- und Controllingverantwortliche, CFOs, ProjektleiterInnen, Business Analysten aller Branchen sowie Kadermitarbeitende im Gesundheitswesen.
Es werden Themen wie die Komplexität im Gesundheitswesen, Selbstorganisation in der ambulanten Pflege, Kindermedizin nach der Pandemie und Process Mining im Spitalscontrolling in den Vorträgen behandelt. ExpertenInnen aus der Branche teilen ihre Erfahrungen und Erkenntnisse. Auf der Agenda steht auch eine Podiumsdiskussion mit den Referierenden. Die Veranstaltung endet mit einem Austausch inklusive Apéro.
Die Teilnahme kostet für ICV Mitglieder 280 CHF, FHNW Studierende und Alumni zahlen 280 CHF. Alle anderen Teilnehmer können sich zu einem Preis von 350 CHF anmelden.

Controlling in the tension field of innovation, cost management and digital transformation is the motto of the ICV Health Care Conference Switzerland, which takes place on April 20, 2023 from 12:30 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. at the FHNW in Olten (language of the conference: German).
The event, organized by the ICV/ICV Switzerland in cooperation with the University of Applied Sciences, offers various interest groups a platform for exchanging experiences and cultivating networks. Target groups are controllers, persons responsible for finance and controlling, CFOs, project managers, business analysts from all sectors and executive employees in the health care sector.
Topics such as complexity in health care, self-organization in outpatient care, pediatric medicine after the pandemic and process mining in hospital controlling are discussed in the lectures. Industry experts share their experiences and insights. A panel discussion with the speakers is also on the agenda. The event ends with an exchange including an aperitif.
Participation costs 280 CHF for ICV members, FHNW students and alumni. All other participants can register for a price of 350 CHF.
