Der Leitfaden „Entscheidungsvorlagen für die Unternehmensführung“ liefert zudem viele Antworten auf Fragen rund um die Business Judgement Rule. Doch der ICV bietet nicht nur eine Publikation zu diesem Thema, sondern auch ein Live Webinar. Referent Prof. Dr. Werner Gleißner und Moderator Karl-Heinz Steinke gehen am 13. September von 15:30 bis 16:30 Uhr gezielt auf die Rolle und Funktion des Controllings in diesem Zusammenhang ein. Natürlich steht auch die gesetzliche Sorgfaltspflicht auf der Agenda. Referent und Moderator gehören ebenfalls zum Autorenteam der ICV-Publikation und sind bereits seit vielen Jahren im Verein aktiv.

The ICV has published a textbook that explains both the content of decision templates and the way to create them. The guideline “Decision templates for corporate management” (so far in German) also provides many answers to questions about the Business Judgment Rule. But the ICV not only offers a publication on this topic, but also an ICV Live Webinar (language: German). Speaker Prof. Dr. Werner Gleißner and moderator Karl-Heinz Steinke specifically address the role and function of controlling in this context on September 13 from 3:30 p.m. to 4:30 p.m. Of course, statutory due diligence is also on the agenda. The speaker and the moderator are also part of the team of authors of the ICV publication and have been active in the Association for many years.
