Der 3. Controlling & Performance Management Dialog des Centre Performance Management & Controlling der Frankfurt School of Finance & Management am 16. März findet in Kooperation mit dem ICV statt. Auf der Agenda stehen spannende und aktuelle Themen, praxisorientierte Vorträge und eine Podiumsdiskussion.
Um 17 Uhr eröffnen Prof. Dr. Ronald Gleich, Akademischer Direktor des Centre Performance Management & Controlling der FS, und Claudia Maron, Vorständin des ICV, die Hybridveranstaltung, die auf dem Campus in Frankfurt sowie online stattfindet.
Vier Referierende teilen ihr Wissen mit den Teilnehmenden. Thomas Ketelhut, CFO und Geschäftsführer der Photonics Systems Group, hält ab 17:10 Uhr einen Vortrag mit dem Titel “Vom CFO zum Chief Performance Officer – als Finanzchef im Private Equity Umfeld”. Gesa Merensky, Leitende Angestellte, Pricing & Costing und BI bei DATEV eG, beschäftigt sich ab 17:40 Uhr mit der “Transformation der Geschäftsmodelle: Vom On-Premise-Dogma in die Cloud – Was das für die Treiber bedeutet”. Dr. Holger Schober, VP Sales/Business Development bei Hiteco Ltd., und Laura Schlecht, Wissenschaftliche Mitarbeiterin der Frankfurt School, beleuchten ab 18:45 Uhr das “Lieferkettencontrolling in den 2020ern” und decken auf, “Wo das aktuelle Controlling noch Ergänzungsbedarf hat”. Steve McNally, CMA, CPA CFO von Plastic Technologies, Inc. & Global Chair von IMA® (Institute of Management Accountants), rückt ab 19:15 Uhr das “COSO Enterprise Risk Management: Aligning Risk With Strategy and Performance” in den Fokus.
Zwischen den Vorträgen geben Prof. Dr. Ronald Gleich und Claudia Maron ein Update zu aktuellen Centre- und ICV-Aktivitäten.
Ab 19:45 Uhr ist eine Podiumsdiskussion mit allen Vortragenden geplant.

At 5 p.m. Prof. Dr. Ronald Gleich, Academic Director of the Center Performance Management & Controlling of the FS, and Claudia Maron, Board Member of the ICV, open the hybrid event, which takes place on the campus in Frankfurt and online.
Four speakers share their knowledge with the participants. Thomas Ketelhut, CFO and Managing Director of Photonics Systems Group, gives a presentation at 5:10 p.m. entitled “From CFO to Chief Performance Officer – as Chief Financial Officer in the Private Equity Environment”. Gesa Merensky, Senior Manager, Pricing & Costing and BI at DATEV eG, deals with the “Transformation of Business Models: From On-Premise Dogma to the Cloud – What That Means for the Drivers” from 5:40 p.m. Dr. Holger Schober, VP Sales/Business Development at Hiteco Ltd., and Laura Schlecht, research associate at the Frankfurt School, examine “Supply chain controlling in the 2020s” at 6.45 p.m. and reveal “Where current controlling still needs to be supplemented”. Steve McNally, CMA, CPA CFO of Plastic Technologies, Inc. & Global Chair of IMA® (Institute of Management Accountants), focuses on “COSO Enterprise Risk Management: Aligning Risk With Strategy and Performance” from 7:15 p.m.
Between the lectures, Prof. Dr. Ronald Gleich and Claudia Maron give an update on current activities of the Center and the ICV. A panel discussion with all speakers is planned at 7:45 p.m.
