“All conversations in my network currently bring the same insight. Every company is going through some sort of transformation right now. But what exactly does that mean? What is the role of finance and controlling here? Opinions differ widely on these questions. Medium-sized companies in particular are faced with the dilemma of actually implementing well-designed Powerpoints in day-to-day business, and often don’t really make any progress. So the realization remains: “Transformation? Yes! But how?” says the speaker.
