Auf dem Controlling Highlight des Jahres, dem 47. Congress der Controller, trifft sich die die Community am 15./16. Mai in München. Die Fachvorträge widmen sich in diesem Jahr dem Umgang mit Kosten- und Preissteigerungen, der Bewältigung des Klimawandels sowie der Unternehmensplanung in unsicheren und volatilen Märkten.
Die letzte Keynote der renommierten Präsenzveranstaltung rückt traditionell weniger aktuelle Controlling-Themen in den Fokus, sondern vielmehr die Controllerinnen und Controller. In diesem Jahr geht es um digitalen Stress mit seinen Facetten und Auswirkungen und wie man diesen reduziert und bewältigt. Als Experte für dieses Thema hat der ICV Prof. Dr. René Riedl eingeladen, der am Dienstagmittag ans Rednerpult tritt.
“Digitaler Stress: Forschungsbefunde und Praxisimplikationen” lautet der Titel seines Beitrags, den er ab ab 12:10 Uhr dem Publikum präsentieren wird. Im Vortrag fragt Prof. Dr. René Riedl, der Professor für Digital Business & Innovation an der FH OÖ, Campus Steyr, assoziierter Univ.-Prof. für Wirtschaftsinformatik an der Johannes Kepler Universität Linz und wissenschaftlicher Direktor der Neuro-Information-Systems Society Wien ist, „was ist digitaler Stress?“. Unter anderem geht er auf IT-basierte Unterbrechungen und E-Mail-Stress ein und beschäftigt sich dem Phänomen Videoconference Fatigue. Den Teilnehmenden stellt er zudem Bewältigungsstrategien zur Stressvermeidung und -reduktion.

At the controlling highlight of the year, the 47th Congress of Controllers, the community meets on May 15/16 in Munich. This year, the specialist lectures are focused on dealing with cost and price increases, climate change and corporate planning in uncertain and volatile markets.
The last keynote of the renowned face-to-face event traditionally focuses less on current controlling topics and more on controllers. This year is about digital stress with its facets and effects and how to reduce and manage it. As an expert on this topic, the ICV invited Prof. Dr. René Riedl, who takes the lectern on Tuesday afternoon.
“Digital Stress: Research Findings and Practical Implications” is the title of his contribution, which he presents to the audience from 12:10 p.m. In the lecture, Prof. Dr. René Riedl, Professor for Digital Business & Innovation at the University of Applied Sciences Upper Austria, Campus Steyr, associated Univ.-Prof. for business informatics at the Johannes Kepler University Linz and scientific director of the Neuro-Information-Systems Society Vienna asks “what is digital stress?”. Among other things, he deals with IT-based interruptions and e-mail stress and deals with the phenomenon of video conference fatigue. He also provides the participants with coping strategies for avoiding and reducing stress.
