Das Jahreshighlight der europäischen Controlling-Events steht 2023 unter dem Motto „Zeitenwende im Controlling und Management – Chancen und Lösungsansätze“. Hochkarätige Referierende werden die Teilnehmenden des 47. Congress der Controller nicht nur mit spannenden Vorträgen und Keynotes inspirieren, sondern stehen am 15./16. Mai in München ebenso für Fragen und Diskussionen zur Verfügung.
Die Beiträge am Vormittag konzentrieren sich auf das Streben nach kommerzieller Exzellenz und Transformation in allen Bereichen, am Beispiel der Deutschen Bahn AG und des Mittelstand. Dabei wird diskutiert, wie Transformation als ständiger Prozess verstanden und in die CFO-Agenda integriert werden kann. Außerdem wird die Rolle des Controllings in der Business Transformation angesichts von Strategiewandel und Kulturwandel beleuchtet.
Die Themen Kosten- und Preismanagement sowie Nachhaltigkeit sind erneut Schwerpunkte und werden in den Vorträgen über Nachhaltigkeit bei Telefónica und Preisentwicklung unter Berücksichtigung geopolitischer Faktoren, Kostenhebel, Controlling und digitaler Werkzeuge behandelt. Die Teilnehmende des Congress erfahren auch, wie die Energiewende aktiv gestaltet und die Strategie in die Performance-Messung übersetzt werden kann.
Traditionell ist der letzte Vortrag des Controller-Kongresses weniger dem Controlling als den Controllerinnen und Controllern gewidmet. In diesem Jahr wird über digitalen Stress und seine Facetten sowie Auswirkungen diskutiert und wie man ihn reduzieren und bewältigen kann.

The annual highlight of the European controlling events in 2023 is under the motto “New era in management and controlling. Opportunities and solutions”. Top-class speakers will not only inspire the participants of the 47th Congress of Controllers with exciting lectures and keynotes, but will also be available for questions on May 15/16 in Munich.
The morning contributions focus on the pursuit of commercial excellence and transformation in all areas, using the example of Deutsche Bahn AG and medium enterprises. It will be discussed how transformation can be understood as an ongoing process and integrated into the CFO agenda. In addition, the role of controlling in business transformation in view of strategy change and cultural change will be examined.
The topics of cost and price management as well as sustainability are again focus points and dealt with in the lectures on sustainability at Telefónica and price development, taking geopolitical factors, cost levers, controlling and digital tools into account. The participants of the congress will also learn how the energy turnaround can be actively shaped and how the strategy can be translated into performance measurement.
Traditionally, the last lecture at the Congress of Controllers is focused less on controlling than on controllers. This year, digital stress and its facets and effects and how it can be reduced and managed will be discussed.
