Eine in der Controlling-Community hoch geschätzte und beliebte Abendveranstaltung in einem renommierten Verlag wirft ihre Schatten voraus. Auch in diesem Jahr laden die Mittelbayerische Zeitung und der ICV Internationaler Controller Verein zu einem “Wirtschaftszeitung” WZ-Forum Controlling ein. Am 19. März, um 19 Uhr ist es in Regensburg wieder so weit.
“Krisenfest: Wie das Controlling hilft, Unternehmen für schwierige Zeiten fit zu machen”, ist die vierte Ausgabe des WZ-Forums überschrieben. Und wieder haben wir höchst attraktive Referenten gewonnen: den Vizepräsident Controlling bei der FlixMobility GmbH, Dr. Benjamin Gubitz, und den Sprecher der ICV-Ideenwerkstatt, Stefan Tobias, Partner Controllling & Finance bei Horváth & Partners.
Dr. Gubitz wird unter der Überschrift “FlixMobility – Controlling einer globalen Mobilitätsplattform” spannende Einblicke in ein dynamisch wachsendes Unternehmen (bekannt als Flixbus) gewähren, dass sich wie viele Unternehmen in einem turbulenten Umfeld “krisenfest” erfolgreich entwickelt.
Aus der ICV-Ideenwerkstatt, die sich seit Mitte 2019 mit dem Schwerpunktthema “Controlling in Krisenzeiten” befasst, kommt das Co-Referat “Controlling in stürmischen Zeiten – Navigation zum richtigen Pfad”. Stefan Tobias widmet sich darin u.a. Controllingansätzen zur Krisenerkennung, -vorsorge und -bewältigung, den Lessons Learned aus den Krisenjahren 2008/2009 und zieht Schlussfolgerungen für aktuelle Anforderungen an Controller/innen.
Das WZ-Forum am 19. März ist öffentlich. Für die kostenlose Teilnahme empfiehlt es sich, sich jetzt anzumelden. “Crisis-proof: How controlling helps to make companies fit for difficult times” is the fourth edition of the WZ Forum. And again we won highly attractive speakers: the Vice President Controlling at FlixMobility GmbH, Dr. Benjamin Gubitz, and the spokesman for the ICV Think Tank, Stefan Tobias, Partner Controllling & Finance at Horváth & Partners.
Under the title “FlixMobility – Controlling of a global mobility platform”, Dr. Gubitz will provide exciting insights into a dynamically growing company (known as Flixbus) that, like many companies, is developing “crisis-proof” successfully in a turbulent environment.
The co-presentation “Controlling in stormy times – navigation to the right path” comes from the ICV Think Tank, which has been focusing on “Controlling in times of crisis” since mid-2019. Stefan Tobias devotes himself to: Controlling approaches for crisis detection, prevention and management, the lessons learned from the crisis years of 2008/2009 and draws conclusions for current requirements for controllers.
The WZ Forum on March 19 is open to the public. For free participation, it is advisable to register now.
