Wird das Controlling durch ChatGPT oder ähnliche Technologien ersetzt oder ergeben sich dadurch neue Möglichkeiten für das Controlling? Diese und andere Fragen werden auf der CTS Controller Tagung Schweiz am 20. September in Rotkreuz intensiv diskutiert.
Auch die Rolle des modernen Controllers wird auf der Veranstaltung beleuchtet. Martin Kühn widmet seinen Vortrag diesem Thema. Dabei geht er auf die Entwicklung der Rolle des Controllers anhand eines realen Praxisbeispiels ein und fragt, welche Kompetenzen heute gebraucht werden. Des Weiteren zeichnet der Referent die Veränderungen des Kompetenzprofils der letzten zehn Jahre nach und blickt im Anschluss in die Zukunft. Auch das Spannungsfeld des modernen Controllers wird von ihm unter die Lupe genommen.
Martin Kühn ist CFO und Mitglied der Geschäftsleitung bei der KIBAG Gruppe, einem führenden Schweizer Unternehmen im Baustoff- und Baubereich. In dieser Position ist er seit April 2014 tätig und verantwortet die Finanzstrategie und -führung. Zuvor war Martin Kühn Leiter Finanzen des Unternehmens. Diese Position bekleidete er von März 2010 bis März 2014. In dieser Zeit trug er wesentlich zur Optimierung der finanziellen Abläufe und zur nachhaltigen Entwicklung des Unternehmens bei. Neben den Finanzen ist Martin Kühn auch für die Bereiche IT, HR und Immobilien zuständig.
Neben seiner Tätigkeit bei KIBAG engagiert sich Martin Kühn auch in anderen Unternehmen. Seit April 2018 ist er Mitglied des Verwaltungsrats der Bossard Group. Zudem gehört er seit April 2017 dem Verwaltungsrat der Kannewischer Group an. Vor seiner Zeit bei KIBAG und seinen aktuellen Verwaltungsratsmandaten arbeitete Martin Kühn als Manager bei PricewaterhouseCoopers und sammelte wertvolle Erfahrungen im Bereich der Wirtschaftsprüfung und Mergers + Acquisitions. Unter anderem war er für das Unternehmen in der Schweiz, Zürich, und in Südafrika, Kapstadt, tätig. Seine Finanzkarriere startete der Referent an der Akademie für Wirtschaftsprüfung und erwarb den Titel Wirtschaftsprüfer/Chartered Accountant (CA). Darüber hinaus hat er einen Abschluss als Betriebsökonom von der FHS St. Gallen, Hochschule für Angewandte Wissenschaften.

He has been in this position since April 2014 and is responsible for financial strategy and management. Martin Kühn was previously the company’s Head of Finance. He held this position from March 2010 to March 2014. During this time he made a significant contribution to the optimization of financial processes and the sustainable development of the company. In addition to finances, Martin Kühn is also responsible for IT, HR and real estate.
In addition to his work at KIBAG, Martin Kühn is also involved in other companies. He has been a member of the Board of Directors of Bossard Group since April 2018.
