Ein ICV Live Webinar zum Thema Nachhaltigkeitscontrolling und -reporting findet am 7. September statt. Ulrich Gathmann, Projektmanager im Konzerncontrolling der MVV Energie AG, wird von 10:30 Uhr bis 11:30 Uhr seine Erfahrungen und Erkenntnisse teilen und aufzeigen, wie Unternehmen von der Pionierarbeit der MVV Energie AG im Bereich Nachhaltigkeit profitieren können. Die Moderation übernimmt Alexander Hein, Leiter des ICV Fachkreises Digital Controlling Competence.
Das Webinar beginnt mit der Diskussion der Bedeutung des Vorstands und nicht-finanzieller Kennzahlen für den Erfolg von Nachhaltigkeitsmaßnahmen. Es wird erläutert, warum der Vorstand eine entscheidende Rolle bei der Integration von Nachhaltigkeitsinitiativen spielt und wie nicht-finanzielle Kennzahlen zur Messung des Erfolgs beitragen können.
Anschließend stellt der Referent Strategien und Ansätze vor, mit denen Nachhaltigkeitsinitiativen aktiv im Unternehmen gesteuert und umgesetzt werden können. Die Teilnehmer erhalten wertvolle Einblicke, wie sie ihre eigenen Nachhaltigkeitsmaßnahmen effektiv planen und umsetzen können.
Ein weiterer wichtiger Aspekt des Webinars ist der Umgang mit verschiedenen Reporting-Standards. Es wird erläutert, wie Unternehmen verschiedene Standards wie SDG (Sustainable Development Goals), CSRD (Corporate Sustainability Reporting Directive) und EU-Taxonomie in einem einheitlichen System abdecken können. Darüber hinaus werden Tipps gegeben, wie Formulare und Meldebögen für das Nachhaltigkeitsreporting effizient bereitgestellt werden können.

The webinar begins by discussing the importance of the board and non-financial metrics for the success of sustainability efforts. It explains why the board plays a critical role in integrating sustainability initiatives and how non-financial metrics can help measure success.
The speaker then presents strategies and approaches with which sustainability initiatives can be actively managed and implemented in the company. The participants gain valuable insights into how to effectively plan and implement their own sustainability measures.
Another important aspect of the webinar is dealing with different reporting standards. The Webinar explains how companies can cover various standards such as SDG (Sustainable Development Goals), CSRD (Corporate Sustainability Reporting Directive) and EU taxonomy in a uniform system. In addition, tips are given on how forms and reporting forms for sustainability reporting can be efficiently provided.
