Auch das war ein Grund dafür, dass sich die 17. CAB Controlling Advantage Bonn 2021 dem “Agilen Controlling” gewidmet hat. Ab morgen, 2. Februar, startet eine vierteilige Webinar-Reihe zu diesem Themenkomplex. Den Auftakt macht Jürgen Theisen. Der Agile Business Coach, OKR Business Coach, Scrum Master und Scrum Kanban Master gibt von 17 bis 19 Uhr Einblicke in “OKRs und deren praktische Anwendung”. Der Dozent vergleicht diese auch mit anderen Managementmethoden. “Objectives and Key Results“ beschreiben eine Zielerreichungsmethode, die Mitarbeitende in die Formulierung der visionsgetragenen Unternehmensziele einbindet und diese gemeinsam in „Objectives“ und „Key Results“ umzusetzen lässt. So wird ein verbindliches Commitment über alle Ebenen geschaffen, das die Zielerreichung sicherstellt.

In this way, a binding commitment is created across all levels, which ensures that goals are achieved.
