Ein zentrales Thema wird bei der 17. CAB Controlling Advantage Bonn am 18. November fokussiert und von allen Seiten beleuchtet: agiles Controlling. Alle Vorträge sowie die Vertiefungen dazu in kleinen Gruppen widmen sich dessen Chancen und Grenzen. Von A bis Z. In Theorie und Praxis, in Vorträgen, Arbeitsgruppen, einer Plenumsdiskussion. Vor allem aber ist den Organisatoren der ICV Herbsttagung wichtig, dass dieses in agilen Zeiten wichtige Thema auch über den Veranstaltungstag hinaus greifbar bleibt und gemeinsam weiterentwickelt wird. Deshalb wird sich eine Online-Seminarreihe “Agiles Controlling” anschließen. Für die CAB-Teilnehmenden ist der Zugang dazu kostenfrei.
Im Bereich der Vorträge erläutert Professional Scrum Trainer Alexander Hardt zu Beginn der CAB am Vormittag des 18. November, die als Präsenzveranstaltung beim Deutschen Verein des Gas- und Wasserfaches in Bonn stattfindet, zunächst die Grundlagen, unter anderem: Was bedeutet “agil” eigentlich, wie könnte agiles Controlling funktionieren und welche Perspektivwechsel und Konsequenzen sind dafür notwendig? Prof. Dr. Kai Wiltinger von der Hochschule Mainz richtet den Blick auf das Zusammenspiel von agilem Controlling und dem Instrument OKR und berichtet unter anderem, wie OKR als (Führungs-)Instrument in Controlling-Einheiten eingesetzt werden kann. Dr. Thomas Würzburger – Humanist, Business Experte und Speaker – zeigt auf, wie Agilität greifbar wird, welche Kompetenzen und organisationale Voraussetzungen es dazu braucht.
Die CAB Controlling Advantage Bonn gibt den Teilnehmenden und dem Praxisbezug genauso viel Raum wie den Referenten: Neben den drei Vorträgen können die Besucher in drei Zeiträumen in Arbeitsgruppen und im Plenum ihre Erfahrungen einbringen, Neues lernen und das Know-how beim konkreten Umsetzen gleich vertiefen. Die Chancen des agilen Controllings werden anhand verfügbarer Tools praxisnah vermittelt, auch in Abgrenzung zum klassischen Controlling. Herausforderungen und Grenzen des agilen Controllings werden, ebenfalls in Arbeitsgruppen, unter die Lupe genommen. Die Summierung der Erkenntnisse bringen alle Teilnehmenden der CAB am 18. November in die abschließende Plenumsdiskussion “Chancen und Risiken des agilen Controllings” ein.
Optional ist im Anschluss an das Tagesprogramm, das von 9 bis 16.30 Uhr geplant ist, die Teilnahme an der eineinhalbstündigen Führung im DHL-Innovationscenter in Troisdorf. Among the lectures is one by Professional Scrum Trainer Alexander Hardt who explains the basics at the beginning of the CAB on the morning of November 18, which takes place as a face-to-face event at the German Association for Gas and Water [Deutscher Verein des Gas- und Wasserfaches] in Bonn, including: What does “agile” actually mean, how could agile controlling work and what change of perspective and consequences are necessary for this? Prof. Dr. Kai Wiltinger from the Mainz University of Applied Sciences focuses on the interaction between agile controlling and the OKR instrument and reports, among other things, how OKR can be used as a (management) instrument in controlling departments. Dr. Thomas Würzburger – humanist, business expert and speaker – shows how agility becomes tangible, which competencies and organizational requirements are required.
The CAB Controlling Advantage Bonn gives the participants and the practical relevance just as much space as the speakers: In addition to the three lectures, visitors can contribute with their experiences, learn new things and deepen their know-how in concrete implementation in three sessions: in working groups and in plenary session. The opportunities of agile controlling are conveyed in a practical way using available tools, also in contrast to classic controlling. The challenges and limits of agile controlling are scrutinized, also in working groups. All participants of the CAB summarize the findings during the final plenary discussion “Opportunities and Risks of Agile Controlling” on November 18.
