Wird diese Möglichkeit im Lockdown von den Unternehmen genügend angeboten? Wird diese Möglichkeit dann auch genutzt? Gibt es hier evtl. Our current German Controlling e-News has given the go-ahead: the ICV expert work group “Future of Work” asks to take part in a quick (German) survey (time required: max. 2 minutes) on a currently hotly debated topic: Working in home office.
Do companies sufficiently offer this option in the event of lockdown? Is this possibility then also used? Are there any differences between the first and the current lockdown? – We are experiencing an interesting debate these days as to whether employers should be obliged to allow home offices wherever possible? – For this it is useful to deal with the current situation: What is it like in the controlling departments of the companies? And: What are the attitudes of those affected?
