„Controlling norddeutsch – Klippen umschiffen“ ist das Motto der ICV Regionaltagung Nord,
die am 22./23. September in Kiel stattfindet. Seien Sie dabei, nutzen Sie das Wissen des ICV-Netzwerks und holen Sie sich Insights aus der Praxis.
Zu den Referierenden gehört auch Michael Preuß, der den ICV Arbeitskreis Nord Elbe-Weser leitet. Er widmet seinen Vortrag dem „BI Tool Qlik Sense“ und wird seine Einführungs- und Anwendungserfahrungen als Leiter Controlling bei der Desitin Arzneimittel GmbH in Hamburg teilen. Unter anderem stellt er die Funktionen des auf die Bedürfnisse von Desitin individuell angepassten BI-Tools vor und berichtet über mögliche Fallstricke bei der Implementierung des Tools.
Vor seiner Tätigkeit bei Desitin war Michael Preuß lange Zeit bei der Carl Kühne KG beschäftigt, bei der er verschiedene Positionen im In- und Ausland bekleidete – unter anderem leitete er das Zentrale Controlling sowie das Beteiligungs- und Produktionscontrolling in der Gruppenzentrale in Hamburg. Zudem hatte er auch Gelegenheit, Auslandserfahrung bei einem Tochterunternehmen zu sammeln. In Dijon, Frankreich, war er als Leiter Betriebswirtschaft bei der Européenne de Condiments tätig.
Mit einem BWL-Studium an der Fachhochschule Kiel legte er mit dem Abschluss als Diplom-Betriebswirt den Grundstein für seinen beruflichen Werdegang im Controlling. Auf der Regionaltagung haben die Teilnehmenden nicht nur die Chance, Know-how aus den Vorträgen mitzunehmen, sondern zudem die Möglichkeit, sich mit den Referierenden auszutauschen.

One of the speakers is Michael Preuß, who heads the ICV Work Group North Elbe-Weser. He dedicates his lecture to the “BI Tool Qlik Sense” and shares his introduction and application experience as Head of Controlling at Desitin Arzneimittel GmbH in Hamburg. Among other things, he presents the functions of the BI tool that has been individually adapted to Desitin’s needs and reports on possible pitfalls when implementing the tool.
Before joining Desitin, Michael Preuss worked for Carl Kühne KG for a long time, where he held various positions in Germany and abroad – among other things he was in charge of central controlling as well as investment and production controlling at the group headquarters in Hamburg. He also had the opportunity to gain experience abroad at a subsidiary. In Dijon, France, he was Head of Business Administration at the Européenne de Condiments.
With a degree in business administration from the Kiel University of Applied Sciences, he laid the foundation for his professional career in controlling with a degree in business administration. At the Regional Conference North, the participants not only have the opportunity to take know-how from the lectures with them, but also the opportunity to exchange ideas with the speakers.
