Auf der ICV Nord-Ost-Tagung am 17./18. September in Schwerin haben die Referenten endlich wieder die Möglichkeit, ihre Vorträge live vor Ort zu präsentieren und persönliche Impulse zu setzen. Der Hamburger Lothar Kuhls ist einer von ihnen und bringt den Teilnehmenden ein wichtiges Thema näher. Der Titel seines Vortrags lautet „Führen mit Herz und Verstand“. Der Geschäftsführer der WEGe Managementberatung GmbH weiß, dass Wachstum, Entwicklung und Gewinn die entscheidenden Treiber für Unternehmen sind und das Zusammenwirken durch eine persönliche Führung unterstützt wird. Übrigens war der Referent bis 2014 ICV Delegierter für Deutschland Nord. Zu seinen Aufgaben gehörte u.a. die Koordination der Arbeitskreise Mecklenburg-Vorpommern, Nord I, Nord II und Nord III sowie die Organisation der Veranstaltungen. Auch auf internationalen Tagungen des ICV war er aktiv. Als Speed-Coaches für die Young Professionals sind Lothar und Karin Kuhls ebenfalls bekannt.
