Der Referent beschäftigt sich bereits seit vielen Jahren mit Controlling-Innovationen und neuen (digitalen) Geschäftsmodellen. Zudem ist er der Leiter der Ideenwerkstatt des ICV.
In dem 60-minütigen Online-Seminar erfahren die Teilnehmenden, wie digitale Geschäftsmodelle aus der Controllersicht bewertet und auf welche Weise Instrumente für das Reporting und die Planung angepasst und genutzt werden sollten. Auch “real cases” bringt Prof. Dr. Ronald Gleich in das Webinar ein. Natürlich gibt es auch Empfehlungen für ein effektives Controlling, die sofort umsetzbar sind.

An interesting ICV partner event takes place on April 5 from 2 to 3 p.m. The Haufe online seminar is about “Controlling digital business models”. Prof. Dr. Ronald Gleich (Frankfurt School of Finance & Management) explains how key figures, calculation and cash flow are changing. The speaker has dealt with controlling innovations and new (digital) business models for many years. He is also the Head of the ICV Think Tank.
In the 60-minute online seminar, participants learn how digital business models are evaluated from the controller’s point of view and how instruments for reporting and planning should be adapted and used. Prof. Dr. Ronald Gleich brings also „real cases” to the webinar. Of course, there are also recommendations for effective controlling that can be implemented immediately.
