Die Neu-Ausrichtung des Geschäftsmodells ist ein Thema, mit dem sich Unternehmen nach Bewältigung der Corona-Krise unbedingt auseinandersetzen müssen. Daher hat sich der ICV Think Tank, die ICV-Ideenwerkstatt, für 2021 das Schwerpunktthema 2021 „Service-basierte Geschäftsmodelle“ gewählt. Die Service-basierten Geschäftsmodelle werden aus Sicht des Controllings noch nur wenig behandelt, gewinnen aber mit zunehmender Digitalisierung an Bedeutung, meint die Ideenwerkstatt. Im soeben erschienenen Newsletter „NEWS Ideenwerkstatt | Quarterly“ wird ein erster Einblick in das neue Schwerpunktthema gegeben: „Servitization & Controlling“. Der Newsletter steht als PDF auf der ICV-Website zum Download bereit.
Im Newsletter auch eine Interessante Neuigkeit im Zusammenhang mit einem kurzen Rückblick auf das vorige Schwerpunktthema der Ideenwerkstatt, „Krise & Controlling“: „Die Krise ist in vielen Branchen zum Ende des Jahres 2020 noch nicht vorüber. Eigentlich noch vor der Covid19-Krise gestartet, aber durch diese uns alle betreffende Krise so aktuell wie nie, haben wir in diesem Jahr das Thema ‘Krise & Controlling’ behandelt und mit einer Publikation abgeschlossen. Diese wird im Februar 2021 im Haufe-Verlag erscheinen.“
The realignment of the business model is an issue that companies have to deal with after coping with the corona crisis. That is why the ICV Think Tank has chosen “Service-based business models” as the focus theme for 2021. From a controlling point of view, service-based business models have not been focus so far, but they are gaining in importance with increasing digitalization, says the Think Tank. In the recently published newsletter “NEWS Think Tank | Quarterly” gives an initial insight into the new main topic: “Servitization & Controlling”. The newsletter is available for download as a PDF on the ICV website. So far in German, but it will be available in English soon.
In the newsletter there is also interesting news in connection with a brief review of the previous main theme of the Think Tank, “Crisis & Controlling”: “The crisis has not been over in many industries by the end of 2020. Actually started before the Covid19 crisis, but because of the crisis, which affects us all, more topical than ever, we dealt with the topic of Crisis & Controlling and summarized it with a publication. This will be published by Haufe-Verlag in February 2021.”
