Aktuelle Herausforderungen der Unternehmenssteuerung in und für die Post-Covid-Ära mit den Schwerpunkten Nachhaltigkeit, Digitalisierung und Unternehmensplanung stehen auf der Agenda der 20. CIS Controlling Insights Steyr. Zu der Präsenz- und Jubiläumsveranstaltung am 19. November begrüßt der ICV Vorstandsvorsitzende Heimo Losbichler Referierende führender Unternehmen, die von ihren Erfahrungen berichten.
So gibt zum Beispiel Dr. Georg Pölzl, CEO der Österreichische Post AG, eine Key Note zum Thema „Strategie & Masterplan Nachhaltigkeit 2030“. Einblicke in die „Optimierung des Planungsprozesses der ALDI SÜD Group“ teilt Joachim Nickum vom Group Controlling. Über „Aktuelle Trends und Entwicklungen am Markt der Planungs- und Reporting-Systeme“ berichtet Dr. Carsten Bange, Geschäftsführer der BARC GmbH. Auf die „Auswirkungen der Digitalisierung auf die Budgetierung unter besonderer Berücksichtigung der Personalplanung“ gehen Thomas Rockenschaub und Florian Grubinger von der Engel Austria GmbH ein.
Nach der Mittagspause widmet sich Markus Hofer, CFO der MIBA AG, dem Thema „Who Moved My Cheese“ – Unternehmenstransformation in der Automobilindustrie“. In einer Podiumsdiskussion diskutieren der österreichische Bundesminister für Arbeit, Prof. Dr. Martin Kocher, Dr. Michael Strugl, Vorsitzender des Vorstands der Verbund AG und Doris Hummer, Präsidentin WKO Oberösterreich, über die Fragestellung „Grün und profitabel – wie gelingt der Wandel?“. Susanne Dickstein von den Oberösterreichische Nachrichten moderiert. Einen Vortrag in englischer Sprache mit dem Titel „What would be the „ideal“ AI Application in Controlling“ hält Prof. Daniel O’Leary, Chair of the Faculty Council and Professor of Accounting an der University of Southern California, Los Angeles.

Susanne Dickstein from the Upper Austrian News moderates. A lecture in English entitled “What would be the “ideal” AI Application in Controlling” gives Prof. Daniel O’Leary, Chair of the Faculty Council and Professor of Accounting at the University of Southern California, Los Angeles.
