Ein Thema, das neugierig macht: Controller’s Gesundheitscontrolling. Dr. med. Jan Vagedes hält auf dem 46. Congress der Controller eine Keynote und erläutert, was damit genau gemeint ist. Am Dienstag, 10. Mai, wird der Leitende Arzt der Filderklinik sowie Gründer und Wissenschaftlicher Leiter des ARCIM Institute ab 12:10 Uhr darauf eingehen, was wir von Herzen lernen können. Unter anderem spricht er dabei über das autonome Nervensystem und erklärt den Teilnehmenden der Fachtagung, wie steigender Stress im (beruflichen) Alltagsleben zu Regulationsstörungen führen kann. Zudem teilt er, wie man mit einfachen Übungen die Gesundheit stärken kann. Gesundheit will eben „controlled“ sein! A topic that arouses curiosity: Controller’s health controlling. Dr. med. Jan Vagedes gives a keynote speech at the 46th Congress of Controllers and explain exactly what that means. On Tuesday, May 10, at 12:10 p.m., the chief physician at the Filderklinik and the founder and scientific director of the ARCIM Institute presents what we can learn from the heart. Among other things, he talks about the autonomic nervous system and explains to the participants of the conference how increasing stress in everyday (professional) life can lead to regulatory disorders. He also shares how you can improve your health with simple exercises. Health just wants to be “controlled”!
