Auf dem 46. Congress der Controller am 9./10. Mai in München wird das Themenzentrum A die Nachhaltigkeit in den Fokus rücken. ICV-Vorstandsmitglied Claudia Maron moderiert und freut sich bereits darauf, eine Expertin für das „Green Controlling“ als Referentin begrüßen zu können. Als Sustainability Consulting Lead verantwortet Lydia Neuhuber das Thema Nachhaltigkeit bei der Deloitte Consulting GmbH. Unter anderem unterstützt sie in dieser Rolle die E2E-Nachhaltigkeitstransformation von Unternehmen. Bei dieser Tätigkeit verknüpft Lydia Neuhuber insbesondere die finanzielle mit der nicht-finanziellen Perspektive. Ihr Vortrag am Montag, 09. Mai, widmet sich ab 14:30 Uhr dem Thema “CFOs und Sustainability”. Die Referierende geht dabei auf die “Nachhaltigkeit in der Finanzfunktion” ein. Darüber hinaus fragt sie, wie weit wir mit der Nachhaltigkeitstransformation in Deutschland bereits sind. Auch die Zukunft des Performance Managements wird von ihr beleuchtet. Außerdem teilt sie Erfolgsbeispiele aus der Praxis mit den Teilnehmenden. Der ICV ist gespannt, welche weiteren Impulse Lydia Neuhuber zum Thema Nachhaltigkeit präsentieren wird.

At the 46th Congress of Controllers on May 9/10 in Munich (language: German), Topic Cluster A focuses on sustainability. ICV Board Member Claudia Maron moderates and is already looking forward to welcoming an expert for “Green Controlling” as a speaker. As Sustainability Consulting Lead, Lydia Neuhuber is responsible for sustainability at Deloitte Consulting GmbH. Among other things, she supports the E2E sustainability transformation of companies in this role. In this activity, Lydia Neuhuber particularly combines the financial with the non-financial perspective. Her lecture on Monday, May 9, starting at 2:30 p.m., is devoted to the topic “CFOs and Sustainability”. The speaker goes into “Sustainability in the finance function”. She also asks how far we have come with the sustainability transformation in Germany. She also sheds light on the future of performance management as well as shares practical examples of success with the participants. The ICV is curious to see what further impulses Lydia Neuhuber presents on the subject of sustainability.
