Prof. Dr. Sabina Jeschke, Vorständin Digitalisierung & Technik bei der Deutschen Bahn AG, weiß, dass Künstliche Intelligenz schon längst mehr als nur eine Science Fiction-Vision ist. Als Vorständin und Aufsichtsratsvorsitzende der DB Systel GmbH, dem IT-Dienstleister der DB, sowie als Mitglied der Aufsichtsräte der Körber AG und Schenker AG ist sie der Überzeugung, dass Künstliche Intelligenz die Schlüsseltechnologie für die nächsten Jahre sein wird. Auf dem 45. Congress der Controller am 26./27. April, der in diesem Jahr online stattfindet, erläutert sie, warum die 4. industrielle Revolution mehr ist als eine digitale Revolution. Ihr Vortrag „Artificial Intelligence – from Science Fiction to the Driver of the 4th Industrial Revolution“, der am Montagvormittag um 11:30 beginnt, nimmt die Referentin die Teilnehmenden mit auf eine Reise in die digitale Zukunft. Die Vorständin zeigt dabei auf, wie die Künstliche Intelligenz alle Lebensbereiche erobert. Ihre Expertise beruht nicht nur auf ihrer Vorstands- und Aufsichtsratstätigkeit, sondern ebenso auf ihrer Forschung als Wissenschaftlerin.
Im November 2018 erhielt Prof. Dr. Sabina Jeschke die Honorarprofessur für das Fach „Digitale Transformation“ an der Fakultät Wirtschaft und Management der Technischen Universität Berlin. Außerdem lehrt sie als Professorin an der Fakultät für Maschinenwesen der RWTH Aachen University mit den Schwerpunkten „Verkehr und Mobilität“, „Internet of Things“, „Robotik und Automatisierungstechnik“ und „Künstliche Intelligenz“.

As the board member and chairwoman of the supervisory board of DB Systel GmbH, the IT service provider of DB, as well as a member of the supervisory boards of Körber AG and Schenker AG, she is convinced that artificial intelligence will be the key technology for the next few years. At the 45th Congress of Controllers on April 26/27, which takes place online this year, she explains why the 4th industrial revolution is more than just a digital revolution.
