Eintauchen in die virtuelle Lern- und Arbeitswelt der SPACES und Wissenstransfer auf höchstem Niveau erleben – das bietet die 19. CCS Controlling Competence am 25. November. Mit hochqualifizierten Referierenden sind die Themenzentren der Online-Veranstaltung besetzt. Wer sich bei der Teilnahme für die Sessions der „Controller’s Toolbox” entscheidet, kann sich zum Beispiel ab 14.30 Uhr auf einen Vortrag von Michael Maier, Kaufmännischer Leiter bei MILEI, und Dr. Gerald Butterwegge, Leiter Kommunikation der Bissantz & Company GmbH, freuen. Sie widmen sich dem Thema „Controlling und BI als Haupttreiber von Verbesserungs- und Veränderungsprojekten“. Im Fokus steht dabei die Business Intelligence mit Bissantz bei MILEI. Dr. Gerald Butterwegge stellt dabei das einheitliche BI-System entlang der Wertschöpfungskette vor. Weiterhin wird die Mobile Management-Information auf dem Smartphone erläutert. Der Wirtschaftswissenschaftler und Wirtschaftsinformatiker geht dabei auf die BI zur Identifikation von Handlungsimpulsen und als Basis für Workshops zur Prozessoptimierung ein. Letzter Punkt auf der Vortragsagenda ist die Pflege und Weiterentwicklung der Back-end-Systeme im Controlling zur Unterstützung optimierter Geschäftsprozesse.
Dr. Gerald Butterwegge ist bereits seit 2004 für den Softwarespezialisten Bissantz im Einsatz. Sein Schwerpunkt ist die Kommunikation an den Schnittstellen des Produkt- und Informationsmanagements. Er lenkt den Dialog zwischen der Forschung und Entwicklung bei Bissantz einerseits und den Anwendern und der Öffentlichkeit andererseits.

Dr. Gerald Butterwegge has worked for the software specialist Bissantz since 2004. His focus is on communication at the interfaces of product and information management. He directs the dialogue between research and development at Bissantz on the one hand and users and the public on the other.
