Drei Jahre haben sich die ICV-Mitglieder nicht gesehen – am 8. Mai kamen sie zur Mitgliederversammlung endlich nach München. Die meisten sind drei Tage in der bayrischen Landeshauptstadt geblieben, um im Anschluss auch am 46. Congress der Controller teilzunehmen.
Am Anfang berichtete der ICV Vorstandsvorsitzende Prof. Dr. Heimo Losbichler über das Geschäftsjahr 2021 und gab ein ICV-Strategie-Update. Im Jahr 2019 wurden als Priorität 6 Bereiche genannt. 2022 werden die meisten weitergeführt, jedoch mit Schwerpunkten auf: Firmenmitgliedschaften, Digitalisierung (external und internal), Paid Content, Nachhaltigkeit und Kommunikation.
2021 war trotz der Pandemie und Unsicherheit ein erfolgreiches Jahr für den ICV. Losbichler nannte hier neue Publikationen, Konferenzen, die in Präsenz und online organisiert wurden, Webinare (über 800 Teilnehmer insgesamt), AK-Treffen, ICV-Awards und neue Kooperationen. Neu im Jahr 2022 sind z.B. Controller Magazin – App, VereinOnline-Portal und Jahresthemen mit ihren Botschaftern: Nachhaltigkeit, Digitalisierung, Agilität und Servitization. ICV Geschäftsführerin Carmen Zillmer gab anschließend eine Einblick in den Finanzbericht 2021 und dem im Januar erarbeiteten Budget für 2022. Dem Vorstandsbericht schloss sich der Bericht aus dem ICV-Kuratorium an. Ein Highlight war die Laudatio für Prof. Dr. Jürgen Weber für sein langjähriges Engagement als ehemaliger ICV-Kuratoriumsvorsitzender. Jetzt hat das Kuratorium die Suche nach einem angemessenen NachfolgerIn aufgenommen.
Es folgten der Bericht des Rechnungsprüfers sowie diverse Feststellungen und Entlastungen, bevor die Mitgliederversammlung zu den Wahlen schritt. Der Abend endete mit Networking bei Abendessen und Bier. Die Freude über das Wiedersehen hat man den Teilnehmenden, der Geschäftsführung, dem Kuratorium, dem Vorstand und den geehrten Mitgliedern ansehen können.
The ICV members haven’t seen each other for three years – on May 8 they finally came to the General Meeting in Munich. Most of them stayed in the Bavarian capital for three days in order to take part in the 46th Congress of Controllers afterwards.
At the beginning, the ICV Chairman Prof. Dr. Heimo Losbichler reported about the 2021 financial year and gave an ICV strategy update. In 2019, 6 areas were identified as priorities. Most will be continued in 2022, with a focus on: corporate membership, digitization (external and internal), paid content, sustainability and communication.
Despite the pandemic and uncertainty, 2021 was a successful year for the ICV. Losbichler mentioned new publications, conferences that were organized face-to-face and online, webinars (over 800 participants in total), WG meetings, ICV awards and new cooperations. New in 2022 are e.g. Controller Magazin – App, Member Portal VereinOnline and topics of the year with their ambassadors: sustainability, digitization, agility and servitization. The ICV Managing Director Carmen Zillmer then gave an insight into the 2021 financial report and the budget for 2022 prepared in January. The report from the ICV Board of Trustees followed the Board report. A highlight was the laudatory speech for Prof. Dr. Jürgen Weber for his many years of commitment as former ICV Chairman of the Board of Trustees. The Board of Trustees is now looking for a suitable successor.
This was followed by the Auditor’s report as well as various statements before the General Meeting proceeded to the elections. The evening ended with networking over dinner and beer. You could see the joy of seeing each other among the participants, the Board, the Board of Trustees, the Oficce and the honored members.
