Anfang September wurde die Controlling-Arbeit des ICV auf eine weitere Region in Europa ausgerollt. Dragica Erculj, ICV Delegierte für Südost-Europa, und Mitka Mojsovska, die neue Arbeitskreis-Leiterin, konnten rund 40 Interessierte zum Kick-off Meeting im Online-Format begrüßen, das mit einem Workshop verbunden wurde. “Man konnte die Erwartung und Spannung, an etwas Neuem teilzunehmen, förmlich spüren”, freut sich Dragica Erculj über den Erfolg der Premiere.
Im Workshop hatten sich die potenziellen Mitglieder des neuen ICV Arbeitskreises Skopje dem Thema “Moderne Planung und Budgetierung im Controlling” gewidmet. Zwei Gäste bereits aktiver ICV Arbeitskreise in der Südost-Europa-Region waren beim Kick-Off ebenfalls dabei: Dr. Veselin Perovic, Arbeitskreis Novi Sad, Serbien, sowie Sebastian Lipovsek, Arbeitskreis Slowenien. Sie stellten Informationen und ihre Erfahrungen rund um die Gründung und Arbeit eines Arbeitskreises zur Verfügung. “Die Teilnehmerinnen und Teilnehmer aus Nordmazedonien sind sehr daran interessiert, voneinander zu lernen. Sie sehen den ICV als eine gute Gelegenheit, ihre Erfahrungen mit Controllerinnen und Controllern in Europa auszutauschen”, so das Resümee der Delegierten.

At the beginning of September, the controlling work of the ICV was rolled out to another region in Europe. Dragica Erculj, ICV Delegate for South-East Europe, and Mitka Mojsovska, the new Head of the Work Group, welcomed around 40 interested participants to the kick-off meeting in online format, which was combined with a workshop. “You could literally feel the expectation and excitement to take part in something new,” said Dragica Erculj, delighted about the success of the premiere.
In the workshop, the potential members of the new ICV work group Skopje focused on the topic of “Modern Planning and Budgeting in Controlling”. Two guests from already active ICV work groups in the South-East Europe region were also present at the kick-off: Dr. Veselin Perovic, work group Novi Sad, Serbia, and Sebastian Lipovsek, work group Slovenia. They provided information and their experiences about the establishment and work of a work group. “The participants from North Macedonia are very interested in learning from each other. They see the ICV as a good opportunity to exchange their experiences with controllers in Europe,” the Delegate summed up.
