Der Leiter der ICV-Ideenwerkstatt, Prof. Dr. Ronald Gleich (57), wird ab August 2020 die Frankfurt School of Finance & Management als Professor für Management Practice und Controlling verstärken. Wie die Frankfurt School mitteilt, wird er neben Forschung, Executive Education und Lehre die Aktivitäten noch umfassender auf die Steuerungsanforderungen aus der Praxis und die Bedürfnisse von unterschiedlichen Industrien hin ausrichten. „Mit Prof. Ronald Gleich haben wir einen in Wissenschaft und Praxis anerkannten Experten gewonnen, der eng mit der Industrie und den relevanten Controllingverbänden vernetzt ist“, sagt Prof. Dr. Nils Stieglitz, Präsident der Frankfurt School. „Wir freuen uns, dass wir mit seiner Unterstützung unseren Controllingbereich weiter ausbauen können und neue Angebote für Partner aus der Praxis etablieren können.“
Ronald Gleich promovierte sich an der Universität Stuttgart im Fach Controlling und wurde dort auch habilitiert. Ab 2003 arbeitete er an der EBS Universität für Wirtschaft und Recht mit Standorten in Wiesbaden und Oestrich-Winkel als Fakultätsmitglied sowie in unterschiedlichen Führungsfunktionen, bspw. als Gründer und Vorsitzender des Strascheg Instituts for Innovation, Transformation & Entrepreneurship (SITE). Außerdem leitet er den ICV-Think-Tank, die Ideenwerkstatt, und blickt auf eine Laufbahn in der Beratung – unter anderem als Partner bei Horváth und Partners Management Consultants – zurück.
The head of the ICV Think Tank, Prof. Dr. Ronald Gleich (57) will strengthen the Frankfurt School of Finance & Management as a professor for management practice and controlling since August 2020. As announced by the Frankfurt School, in addition to research, executive education and teaching, he will focus his activities even more comprehensively on management requirements from practice and the needs of different industries. “With Prof. Ronald Gleich we have gained an expert recognized in science and practice who is closely networked with industry and the relevant controlling associations”, says Prof. Dr. Nils Stieglitz, President of the Frankfurt School. “We are pleased that with his support we can expand further our controlling area and establish new offers for partners from the pracitce.”
Ronald Gleich did his doctorate in controlling at the University of Stuttgart and was also habilitated there. From 2003 he worked at the EBS University of Economics and Law with locations in Wiesbaden and Oestrich-Winkel as a faculty member and in various management functions, e.g. as the founder and chairman of the Strascheg Institute for Innovation, Transformation & Entrepreneurship (SITE). He also heads the ICV Think Tank and used to develop a career in consulting – including as a partner at Horváth and Partners Management Consultants.
