Firmenmitglied The Hackett Group stellt Studie über Performance von Finanzorganisationen vor Corporate member The Hackett Group presents study on performance of financial organizations

Das ICV-Firmenmitglied The Hackett Group Ergebnis hat Ergebnisse seiner aktuellen Studie „World-Class Finance: Redefining Performance in a Digital Era” vorgestellt.

The ICV corporate member The Hackett Group has presented results of its current study “World-Class Finance: Redefining Performance in a Digital Era”. The study shows, among other things, that world-class companies are no longer limited to classic efficiency (cost, productivity) and effectiveness (quality), but also focus on “experiences and satisfaction” of internal customers. Furthermore, Hackett reports, the study makes it clear which changes in the operating model of the financial sector are needed to realize the maximum benefits of the digital transformation. Thus, the operating model of the digital age includes the following components: technology, process and service design, information management and analytics management, organization and governance, employee development and service partnering.

Jörg Liphard, Business Transformation Lead for DACH countries at Hackett, explains in the study report that “increasing digitization requires new employee profiles. To fully exploit the potential of the new systems and technologies, finance professionals need to develop understanding of technology and sharpen their business understanding and ability to communicate with business partners. Furthermore, the organization of finance is a focus topic. These include the standardization of processes and services, as well as the transition of areas into Global Business Services and specialized Centers of Excellence, as our study shows.”
