Was Milei, der Hidden Champion der Lebensmittelindustrie, mit Business Intelligence vorantreibt, verrät der kaufmännische Leiter Michael Maier auf der 19. CCS Controlling Competence am 25. November. Im Themenzentrum „Controller’s Toolbox“ werden nicht nur Predictive Analytics sowie umfassende und leistungsstarke Simulationsmodelle beleuchtet, sondern auch das Controlling beim Hersteller für Molke- und Milchprodukte. Gemeinsam mit Dr. Gerald Butterwegge, Leiter Kommunikation der Bissantz & Company GmbH, widmet sich Michael Maier in seinem Vortrag ab 14:30 Uhr „Controlling und BI als Haupttreiber von Verbesserungs- und Veränderungsprojekten“. Der Referent studierte Wirtschaftsingenieurswesen an der Hochschule Weihenstephan und absolvierte seinen Master in Corporate, Management und Economics an der Zeppelin Universität in Friedrichshafen. Vor seiner Tätigkeit bei Milei war Michael Maier als Berater für Planungs- und Controllingsoftware sowie in der Restrukturierung im Einsatz.

Before joining Milei, Michael Maier worked as a consultant for planning and controlling software as well as in restructuring.
