Unternehmen müssen sich gesellschaftlichen, politischen und regulatorischen Nachhaltigkeitszielen stellen und werden zudem von Mitarbeitenden und Kunden in die Pflicht genommen.
Schon längst hat die Gesellschaft die Bedeutung eines nachhaltigen Lebensstils erkannt und fordert diesen natürlich auch von den Unternehmen ein. Somit stehen Unternehmen vor der Herausforderung, ihre wirtschaftlichen Ziele in Einklang mit ökologischen, kulturellen und sozialen Zielen zu bringen.
Gleichzeitig ist für die Umsetzung der Ziele und auch die Steuerung nachhaltiger Geschäftsmodelle ein entsprechend aufgestelltes Steuerungssystem vonnöten. Nicht nur die finanziellen Kennzahlen müssen berücksichtigt werden, sondern auch die ESG-Kriterien müssen in Reportings einfließen.
Auch auf das Controlling-Rollenprofil und das Controlling-Kompetenzmodell haben für die Nachhaltigkeitstransformation Implikationen. Die Controller Tagung Schweiz setzt daher den inhaltlichen Fokus auf das Nachhaltigkeits-Controlling. Referierende aus unterschiedlichen Branchen demonstrieren, wie sie das Thema aufbereiten und umsetzen. Anhand von zahlreichen Praxisbeispielen stellen CFOs und ControllerInnen vor, welche Auswirkungen die Nachhaltigkeit auf die Bereiche Finanzen & Controlling hat, und außerdem welche Chancen sich daraus ergeben. Auf der Agenda stehen spannenden Vorträge, in denen praxisnahes Wissen geteilt wird.
Die Schweizer Arbeitskreise des ICV sind in Kooperation mit dem Institut für Finanzdienstleistungen Zug IFZ für die Durchführung der Veranstaltung verantwortlich.
Die CTS findet am 28.September 2022, ganztags, in Rotkreuz/Luzern statt.

Companies have to face social, political and regulatory sustainability goals and are also held accountable by employees and customers. Society has long recognized the importance of a sustainable lifestyle and of course demands it from companies as well. Companies are therefore faced with the challenge of reconciling their economic goals with ecological, cultural and social goals.
At the same time, an appropriately set up management system is required for the implementation of the goals and also for the management of sustainable business models. Not only the financial key figures must be taken into account, but also the ESG criteria must be included in reports.
The sustainability transformation also has implications for the controlling role profile and the controlling competence model. The Controlling Conference Switzerland therefore focuses on sustainability controlling. Speakers from different industries demonstrate how they prepare and implement the topic. Using numerous practical examples, CFOs and controllers present the effects of sustainability on the areas of finance and controlling, and the opportunities that arise from this. The agenda includes exciting lectures in which practical knowledge is shared.
The Swiss work groups of the ICV, in cooperation with the Institute for Financial Services Zug IFZ, are responsible for holding the event. Registration is possible until September 23.
