“ICV-Mitglieder helfen ICV-Mitgliedern”: Exklusives Online-Seminar „Liquiditätssteuerung & Kapitalbedarfsrechnung mit Excel“ am 27. April “ICV members help ICV members”: Exclusive online seminar “Liquidity management & capital demand calculation with Excel” on April 27

  • den Aufbau eines einfachen Excelmodells (ohne Programmierung), das dennoch eine große Komplexität mit einfachen Excel-Techniken automatisiert abbildet;
  • einen Rolling Forecast mit Daten aus verschiedenen IT-Systemen;
  • ein für 12 Monate rollierendes Cash Flow Statement;

The ICV International Association of Controllers starts its “Corona Initiative: From ICV members for ICV members”. The premiere is (in German) on April 27 (1 pm – 4 pm) with the ICV expert Rainer Pollmann.

For many companies, management at sight is currently necessary. The focus is on securing liquidity. How can information that arises every day with regard to liquidity and capital requirements be processed as easily as possible?

In an online seminar exclusively for ICV members on April 27 (1 pm – 4 pm) “Liquidity management and capital demand calculation with Excel” Rainer Pollmann, Deputy Head of the ICV expert work group Communication Controlling, shows the participants:

  • construction of a simple Excel model (without programming), which nonetheless shows a great deal of complexity with simple Excel techniques;
  • a rolling forecast with data from various IT systems;
  • a rolling cashflow statement for 12 months;
  • based on this, a dynamic liquidity calculation with capital demand determination.

This model can be continuously optimized and updated at the push of a button. Manual data entry is no longer required.

To successfully participate, interested parties should have worked with Excel intensively and every day for at least six months. Using various functions should not be a hurdle for them.

Since the seminar is interactive, the number of participants is limited to 10. The ICV International Association of Controllers gives 10 – free – participations in the order in which the e-mails sent to presse@icv-controlling.com are received with the subject “ICV-Seminar, Liquiditätssteuerung und Kapitalbedarfsrechnung mit Excel”. Please provide us with the first and last name and email address. PLEASE: Only register ICV members and only if you take the appointment seriously! (If there is enough interest, a second seminar with 10 participants will take place in about 8 weeks.)
