Wertvolle Einblicke vom anerkannten Controlling-Experten Valuable insights from recognized controlling experts

Prof. Dr. Ronald Gleich is a recognized expert in controlling. Also in the International Association of Controlling, where he has headed the ICV Think Tank for many years. At the ICV conference, which traditionally took place every autumn in his home region of Stuttgart until 2019, he makes his controlling expertise available this year: At the 18th CCS Controlling Competence Stuttgart on November 26, he takes over one of the two sessions on the topic of performance and shows how this can be increased through intelligent cost management. After his speech, in which he addresses the starting points and instruments in product, process and resource-oriented cost management, as well as the special challenges in connection with the corona crisis, he will discuss with two other experts. He will be joined virtually – this year the CCS takes place online for the first time – by Thomas Weiss, CFO of Bühler Motor GmbH, and Patric Ayasse, cost management expert at Horváth & Partners.

You can find out more about the CCS agenda here.

If cost management and performance are currently on your to-do list, the speech by Ronald Gleich will certainly provide you with valuable impulses, as the CCS speaker is what is commonly called an “old hand” – without being disrespectful. He scores with a comprehensive view of the specialist topic, with enormous experience and nonetheless with the willingness to break new ground. He has already proven this several times in his career. The focus on controlling was already clear to him when he chose his course of study and his habilitation, both completed at the University of Stuttgart. This was followed by functions as a faculty member and in management positions at the EBS University of Economics and Law with locations in Wiesbaden and Oestrich-Winkel.

There he also made a name for himself as the founder and chairman of the Strascheg Institute for Innovation, Transformation & Entrepreneurship (SITE). As an advisor, among others as a partner at Horváth and Partners Management Consultants, he was very close to the current tasks in corporate management and contributed to solving them. Since August 2020 he has strengthened the Frankfurt School of Finance & Management as professor for management practice and controlling. In addition to research, executive education and teaching, he has taken on the task of aligning the university’s activities more comprehensively with the management requirements from practice and the needs of different industries. Prof. Dr. Nils Stieglitz, President of the Frankfurt School, on Prof. Dr. Gleich: “With him we have gained an expert who is recognized in science and practice, who is closely networked with industry and the relevant controlling associations”.

With this in mind, we cordially invite you to the ICV online conference CCS Controlling Competence Stuttgart on November 26, 2020. Please note that the number of participants is limited due to the innovative 3-D format of the event. The earlier you register, the better. To go directly to the CCS registration, please click here.
